Proudly born and raised in a small town on Cape Breton, Shana holds a relaxed and calm lifestyle near and dear to her heart. Realizing education is key to success, her mother and father moved her and her sister to Ontario where they made their home in Niagara.
She spent her teens throwing passion into fitness and health with competitive rowing. After graduating high school Shana worked in the service industry wearing many hats such as event planner, server, bartender, and restaurant manager.
Realizing her passion for helping others catapulted her into the next chapter of her life in healthcare. In 2010 Shana enrolled to the Massage Therapy program at Trillium College.

She graduated and received her registration from the College Of Massage Therapists Of Ontario in 2012. Since becoming registered Shana has worked in many settings to hone her skills, such as clinics, spas and fitness centres. The majority of her practice was spent at Great Wolf Lodge in Niagara Falls.
Her primary objective as a therapist is that each patient deserves to be educated about their care, and maintains this level of professionalism with all her clients.
Shana has experience in working with a wide rage of individuals from all walks of life, young children to seniors, physically and mentally disabled, to prenatal and newborns. Skilled in treating conditions such as MVA’s, headaches, migraines, sport related injuries, pre and post surgical, low back, and foot pain.
As a registered Massage Therapist she is certified, trained and uses a variety of techniques including, classical Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, hold & stretch, and fasciae work.
